OCTOPUS AS SEX STIMULATION

                                    
       Octopus as" pweza" in Swahili is sea animal famous for their rounded body,bulging eyes and eight long arms.They are weird looking sea creature that many people don't want to try just because it doesn't look particularly tasty.

However,the deeper secret which hold on octopus meat that most people are not aware of it is that it is a sex simulator.


In Mombasa most people love the octopus soup because they believe it is one of the catalyst reaction in sex stimulation.


Visiting one of the restaurant in mtwapa which they served octopus meat and soup as part of their business .Salim Ahmad who fries the octopus said that octopus meat has taken Mombasa and its environs by storm.He also added the sale increases day by day due to the believe in people that the dish is a virility booster and cure for impotence.


 " Pweza nyama yake pamoja na supu ni nzuri sana kwa ngono hainaga mchezo mchezo hii kama  ngoma ya lala wewe  kunywa tu hii soup na utaniambia."says Ali bakari one of the customer at mtwapa.He also added the soup is a good antidote for hangover.


Nutritionist Mary wambui says that the nutritional value of octopus and explain why its' a good fertility booster especially for men.
"Sea food such as oysters and octopus are some of the richest sources of zinc which not only enhances libido but also sperm production."said Wambui.
Wambui also notes that octopus meat is a good sources of iron,calcium,pottassium,phospherus and selenium.its also rich in vitamin C, vitamin A as several B vitamins and omega 3 essential oil.


Wambui noted that studies have shown lack of vitamin A is a common cause of impotence in men while vitamin C is usefull in synthesis of androgen,estrogen and progesterone. These three are critical  hormones when it comes to fertility while selenium is essential for peak sexual performance.
